McDonald's in Ludwigsburg

I was there many times in the evening ... unfortunately almost all the seats, floors and even the tables were always littered.

The dive-in is a disaster !! The person at the counter is believed to be the one with the worst German language, they always get everything wrong and are even rude afterwards ...! So always go in to order, it goes 1. Faster and 2. I don't have to discuss anything with anyone afterwards!

Absolute favorite fast food chain?

French fries and nuggets unfortunately not even lukewarm ..

Drive in is a disaster. Some of the employees there have no service awareness - rude and arrogant. Wrong or missing food was often discovered. Breakfast actually tastes good. But often breakfast is simply not available without being informed.

Mc is the same everywhere.

It was delicious and not that busy this time.

After I ordered the café, I had to wait 20 minutes + had to pick it up myself selber

Unfortunately you have to give a star, usually -5 stars. Very unfriendly staff who prefer cleaning instead of serving.

Yesterday evening I had ordered two hamburgers, two cheeseburgers and one french fries and took them with me. Unfortunately, all of the burgers were rather dry and lukewarm. We found the same thing with the fries. We already know that a product is mostly cold, but do all products equal? A no-go! Bad result

Today I was eating here and every table was sticky and dirty. The bench seats too and the return was overcrowded. Looks like nobody is cleaning here. The woman at the counter was also unfriendly to me, when I asked her whether they still printed out vouchers, she answered me sloppily.

Due to the corona rules, you have to wear a face mask in the McDonalds and fill out a sheet with contact details. The best food at McDonald's is still the fries and the cola. The people there were typical McDonalds customers. The service was also very nice and helpful.

25 min for 20 chicken nuggets and a small cheeseburger. This is not only slow but also outrageous. Never again.

The table is not easy to understand. You should sit at table 138, only the number doesn't exist. That probably means number 30. I have no idea what the 138 means. You also have to fill in the date, time, first and last name and telephone number or email address on the slip. Before filling in the time, you should look at the slip because it says when you ordered.

Also in this fast food branch of the McDonald’s chain I had nothing negative to complain about. Everything was clean here, which can also be seen in the picture in the branch. The service worked very quickly and I was served in a friendly and nice manner. Unfortunately one of my requested products was no longer in stock, so I was offered a replacement product, so everything was fine ?

Usually I pass this restaurant saturdays in the morning at the drivein counter. You need some time (10 minutes seem to be common) even though there are almost 0 clients. Todays visit was in the afternoon - meal was served in less than 5 minutes.

McDonald's as we know it. Clean fast good staff. Well located

Why cannot man ZERO! evaluate. I have bought 2 times in recent 3 days, on Friday they forgot to give me the nuggets and today they forget to put the beef in the burger! The Signature Burger! So I pay for €6, only for 2 pieces of bread and some salad??? This kind of things happen almost everytime!!! This McDonald's restaurant must be the worst in Germany!!!
